Warranty Coverage
All devices include a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
Our warranty covers:

Software Failures

Hardware faults NOT caused by physical damage.

Major functional issues (e.g. camera failure, speaker failure, charging port faults)
The warranty does NOT cover:

Physical damage (cracked screen, dents, water damage) by the customer.

Software issues caused by user modifications

Damage from drops, misuse, or third-party repairs
If a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the device at our discretion.
🔄 Returns Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The device is not as described
-
The device arrives faulty

The wrong item was delivered
To qualify for a return:

The device must be in the same condition received

All original packaging and accessories must be included

The device must NOT be iCloud locked
Once received and inspected, we will process:

A replacement, or
-
A refund to your original payment method
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
